Delivery & Returns

  • We provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to all our customers within the UK and countries within the European Union.
  • We are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and a Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery.
  • We can despatch orders to your home or work place.

Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for the Saturday AM Service. Please note: Our Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within our Checkout is the facility to add specific delivery instructions.

Returns

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
